T-03 was a T-103 series Tyrant sent into Raccoon City under the orders of Colonel Sergei Vladimir to halt the government investigation of the Incineration Disposal Plant P-12A via an Army special forces unit. The fighting was intense enough for the Tyrant's limiter to disengage (either through damage or the Tyrant's own doing), allowing it to mutate into its super Tyrant form. The Tyrant was killed by an experimental railgun - the Sword of Paracelsus. During her escape from Raccoon City, S.T.A.R.S. officer Jill Valentine discovered the remains of T-03 being eaten by the horrifically mutated Nemesis-T Type.[1]
