Takaya Kuroda (黒田 崇矢 , Kuroda Takaya) is a Japanese voice actor who played the role of "U.S.S. Command" in BIOHAZARD OPERATION RACCOON CITY and provide the voice for SWAT Captain in JP dub of Resident Evil: Death Island. Outside of Resident Evil, Kuroda is best known for playing the character Kazuma Kiryu in the Yakuza/Like a Dragon series (which also extends to his appearance in Project ✕ Zone 2), as well as having his face partially modeled as Kiryu from Yakuza 3 onwards and "Yoshioka" in Highschool of the Dead.
