"La Vita Nuova" or "Edonian Liberation Army"?

On the official RE6 Japanese website, they added a relationship chart for most of the characters. What I'm confused about is whether the mercenary faction is called "La Vita Nuova" or the Edonian Liberation Army, because they pegged Jake under the Edonian Liberation Army. The faction's motto may be "La Vita Nuova", not the actual name of the faction.Chinsensai (talk) 06:32, August 3, 2012 (UTC)

Ha! I've had this idea as well. La vita nouva doesn't sound a good name for any paramilitary group, but it does sound awesome for a motto. Good finding good sir- Frienship is Magic 08:22, August 3, 2012 (UTC)

I've never heard of such an "outdated Russian tank" as the T-42. The T-42 was only a prototype supertank.

The post-WWII USSR made MBT's were the T-44 and the most common T-54/T-55 series. I don't have the game yet so I can't really confirm with kind of heavy hardware did the ELA used. But it for sure was the T-55 and those "WWII cargo planes" were most likely Antonovs. The Ogromon carrying chopper could have been a Mil V-12 or any of the Mil familiy heavy loaders.

Just my two cents.

Probably a T-55 like you said. The T-54/55 were the most common Eastern Bloc tank ever (With almost 100,000 made). I also recognize either a BRDM-2 or a BTR-60 from one of the pictures. This should help:
