We really should add a section in this page for the GRAPHIC NOVEL of resident Evil Code Veronica. I can't seem to find a link on this page or any page at all in the wiki for that graphic novel, do we have one or should I create it????

I am talking about this graphic novel: http://www.residentevilcenter.net/recvbook01.html --Dadadaft 02:01, 16 June 2009 (UTC)

All four issues have stub articles under the Comics category, and need to be expanded.--User:GunFreak 03:35, 16 June 2009 (UTC)

Thank you, man, I will work on that tomorrow. --Dadadaft 04:53, 16 June 2009 (UTC)

The plot section needs fixing;

Claire and Steve do not leave for Australia, they leave for a nearby Australian observation base. Seriously, try getting to Australia from Antarctica in a snowmobile; you'll have problems xD

Also, why no mention about Steve contracting the T-Veronica virus, and his subsequent mutation? That's a pretty important plot point in my opinion.

Furthermore, the air raid on Rockfort isn't inexplicable - it's Wesker's doing.

"this is not the Wesker he remember" - should be 'remembers.' Typo.

Plus, shouldn't the extra 'X' content be included in the plot section? I think the fandom considers the 'X' version of the game to be canon.

Resident Evil -CODE: Veronica-[]

I've noticed that this game has been written as Resident Evil -CODE: Veronica- many times (in the intro movie of CODE: Veronica, in one of the trailers for Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, etc.). So, should we change the name of the article? --Random Ranaun 05:10, October 10, 2009 (UTC)

Guns in Code: Veronica[]

"This was the last of the canonical Resident Evil games to use the names of actual firearms and manufacturers within the game. All the subsequent games until Resident Evil 5 (Resident Evil (remake), Resident Evil Zero and Resident Evil 4) used generic or made-up names for their weapons (i.e: Silver Serpent, Broken Butterfly, Blacktail)."

This needs to be changed as RE4 features guns from Heckler and Koch and Remington - a simple reference to the weapons section shows the above statement to be false.

It's not incorrect. The actual statement is that the real NAMES of the weapons stopped being used, which is in fact true. This Wiki simply clarifies on inidividual weapon pages what actual weapon was most likely used as the base model. Iudicium 04:46, February 21, 2010 (UTC)

Help In Code Veronica[]

Leon[]

I heard that Leon was origanlly supposed to be in the game and was supposed to be in steve's place. But the game designers decided to put him in resident evil 4.

Is it true that leon was supposed to be in RE: CV?

Writing/editing protection[]

Can someone tell me when this annoying protection will wear off? It's a nuisance when you want to add something. I have a summary of mine ready about the receptions of RE:CV by various game magazines. We can still put the lock back in place when vandalism occurs again, it wouldn't be the problem to revert some malicious edits at all. -- Alexia1971 15:51, August 23, 2010 (UTC)

The protection was set to the minimum - stopping IPs and new users from editing it. I have since removed the protection, as the digitroll has ceased attacking.-- Forerunner 17:04, August 23, 2010 (UTC)
Thank you, I've had time to add the reception now. Many other pages seem to be protected aswell, is the vandalism so bad on some articles? I was thinking most of the time it's just people putting their own (and false) opinions into them. -- Alexia1971 22:12, August 23, 2010 (UTC)
Not as much. Most, if not all, have probably been locked down long enough. Thanks for the heads up. I'll unlock them tomorrow - time for bed.-- Forerunner 00:21, August 24, 2010 (UTC)

I thought Resident Evil Code : Veronica was cool I have the updated version called Resident Evil Code : Veronica X. I wish that capcom would make a computer generation film version of the game and name it the same title

That picture at the end.[]

Does anyone know if that picture is on this wiki anywhere? The one you get after completing the game.

Code Veronica X[]

Resident Evil Code Veronica X should have it's own article and not be in this one

Find out what's different about them, first. If its just nine minutes of extra cutscenes then it's worthless as a second page.-- Forerunner 19:22, June 18, 2011 (UTC)
The logo, The gameplay and it's better on one disc instead of two discs
That's incredibly minor. I mean... There's a completely different DISK for the GC port of RE2 and RE3, but that's not enough. If it had a number of noticable differences in the game itself... Then it would count; you'd have to list the differences, though to show that it isn't just a port. You could get by on "it's marketed under a different name", though you'd still need the list (the remake and ' 'Resident Evil Archives: Resident Evil are under different names but are the same.)--Forerunner 00:40, June 19, 2011 (UTC)

Name[]

Why is the game called Resident Evil CODE:Veronica instead of Resident Evil CODE: Veronica? I mean why it lacks an space after the colon. I know that the cover seems to imply that there is no space, but as the own logo in this page shows the logo of the game seems to had an space --Jozaca 12:34, April 4, 2023 (UTC)
