Tall Oaks Cathedral and the Underground Lab, known as Tall Oaks Church and Underground laboratory (トールオークス教会と地下研究所 Tōruōkusu kyōkai to chika kenkyūjo) in the original script, is a file in Resident Evil 6.[1] It is found in Chapter 2 of Leon Story. As with all files in the game, the bottom part of this file can only be read on RE.NET.
Location[]
In the Underground Lab area, after you get through the second set of rooms requiring passcodes you will cut through a small lab (the body of a woman can be found on one of the beds). Follow the path until the turn the corner, where you will start seeing rooms on either side. The second door to the right will lead to a bathroom. Directly across from the door (you will be able to see Leon or Helena, depending on who you are playing, in a mirror on the wall) is a sink full of water. Drain it and it will reveal the Emblem.

Standing out in the skyline of Tall Oaks is a cathedral that marks a plot of land that has been in the Simmons family for generations. This land primarily serves as a meeting ground for the family's secretive dealings, and there are many hidden passageways and booby traps to obstruct any potential interlopers.
The current head of the family, Derek C. Simmons, recently had a portion of the underground chamber refurbished into a modern research laboratory so he could have scientists conduct research on the C-Virus.
In the midst of the Tall Oaks biological attack, the laboratory was destroyed. During investigation of the remains, a scribbled memo was found.

トールオークスのはずれに立つこの教会は、古来からシモンズ一族が管理する土地内にある。元々ここは、シモンズ一族が密談する際にも使用していた施設であり、特殊な仕掛けによって開かれる、隠し通路や隠し部屋が数多く存在する。
教会の地下にある研究所は、シモンズ家の現当主であるディレック・C・シモンズによって地下室の一部が改造されたものである。この地下研究所で、シモンズは「Ｃ-ウィルス」の研究を行っていた。
研究所はトールオークスのバイオテロのさなか、何者かに破壊され崩壊している。しかしその後の捜索の結果、書き殴ったようなメモが見つかっている。
