Tall Oaks Station is a subway station in the city of Tall Oaks.
During Leon's and Helena's scenario, the subway is shown to be overrun by zombies during the Tall Oaks Outbreak. A train is seen traveling down the rails (presumably carrying infected persons on board) and almost hits Leon as seen in the trailer[1].
Trivia
On the wall next to an exit in one of the train cars, there is a poster on the wall that reads, "Colombian Roastmasters," a reference to the Dead Rising series, another Capcom video game, as Colombian Roastmasters is the title of a recurring resteraunt in the series.
