The tenement building (tentative) was a large building in the Chinese city of Waiyip, Lanshiang. It was located just outside the Poisawan district.
History
During Neo Umbrella's terrorist attack on Lanshiang, the tenement building was besieged by J'avo and three UN workers were taken hostage. The building was destroyed by missile attack when the three hostages were rescued, almost killing BSAA soldiers Chris Redfield and Piers Nivans in the process. Soldiers were called in later on to burn chrysalids that survived the bombing.
Architecture
It housed a UN building on the 15th floor, as well as a number of small restaurants and massage parlors elsewhere.
