Terry was the husband of Deb. On a road trip for their honeymoon, the couple got lost and drove into Raccoon City. Stopping at Emmy's Diner, the couple sat down for a meal only to be attacked by the diner's cook, who had become a zombie. When the cook attacked Deb, Terry stabbed him with a fork. This only resulted in the zombie attacking and killing Terry right after Deb. Later, the cook was found by Claire Redfield eating Terry's corpse.
