The Catacombs, known as Underground caves and catacombs (カタコンベと地下洞窟 Katakonbe to chika dōkutsu) in the original script, is a file that can be found in Resident Evil 6. As with all files in the game, the bottom part of this file can only be read on RE.NET.
Location
After jointly pushing the boulder into the gap, jump over the gap and continue down the walkway. You will walk over a grouping of blanks that bridges the gap on the left side, followed by hopping over a downed pillar and then another set of planks. Immediately after walking over this second set, the Emblem can be seen faintly just slightly to the right (if you are looking ahead of you).
Transcript
The catacombs that maze their way under Tall Oaks go back almost 400 years. They are the final resting place of not only members of the Simmons family, but those who have served the mysterious organization known as The Family.
These underground burial chambers are not known to the public, but the catacombs themselves are still protected by many elaborate contraptions to keep outsiders from digging too deeply into The Family's secret affairs. Although the catacombs are primarily used by the Simmons family, the primitively constructed caves and altars hint at the existence of inhabitants prior to them.
A memo written by Simmons to his subordinates just before the incident at Tall Oaks was found deep inside the catacombs.

Set all traps before proceeding with the plan. Also, release the Brzak in the aquarium, just in case. Anyone who finds their way down here during the commotion must be dealt with.
All people in Tall Oaks, including the president, are to be exterminated. They will all be a necessary sacrifice in order to keep our country safe.
トールオークスの地下に広がるカタコンベには、400年近い歴史がある。
この墓所に納められているのは、シモンズ一族と、彼等に携わってきた「ファミリー」の人間である。公にされている墓所ではないが、様々な罠が仕掛けられている所から、墓泥棒やファミリーを探ろうとした者達が昔から侵入していたと考えられる。
カタコンベの地下には、原始的な洞窟や祭壇のようなものがあり、この地下空間がシモンズ一族の介入前より現地の人間によって使用されてきたことが推測できる。カタコンベの奥深くから、シモンズがトールオークスの事件を起こす直前にファミリー内の部下へ出した指示のメモが見つかっている。
