The Ending of the Beginning is a piece of music composed for Resident Evil CODE:Veronica. It was first released as part of the BIOHAZARD CODE:Veronica ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK. It also appears in the expanded BIOHAZARD CODE:Veronica Complete ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK and the BIOHAZARD CODE:Veronica Best Track Collection.

Music information[]

Composition of all music for Resident Evil CODE:Veronica was handled by Nextech composers Takeshi Miura, Hijiri Anze and Sanae Kasahara, though it is uncertain who composed this track in particular.^[2]

In-game usage[]

It's used when Claire and Steve were close to escaping from the Antarctic Base, marking the ending of Claire's scenario.

Note: It's also used in Wesker's Report's ending, after the Berceuse Piano Version part.
