The Ties that Bind (不思議な絆 Fushigina kizuna) is a cutscene that is part of the Resident Evil 6 storyline. It is present in Chapter 5 of Leon's Story.

With Simmons dispatched in fire, Leon have unanswered questions to Ada. However, Ada message Leon in his phone. She bid him a final farewell before departing (as Leon shout her name one last time), though Helena urged him over their comms to go after her. Leon refused, stating that he and Helena were sticking together. The two must proceed to the rooftops.
TranscriptEdit
Leon: "What are you? Why are you helping us?"
Letter from Ada to Leon: "Wish I could stay longer, but I've gotta run. I've left you a little parting gift. See you down the road, Leon."
Leon: "Ada!"
Helena: "What are you waiting for? Go after her."
Leon: "No. We're sticking together."
