Toshihiko Seki provided the voice of William Birkin in the Japanese versions of Biohazard Operation Raccoon City,[1] and BIOHAZARD RE:2.[2][3] He also played Kogorō Tenzai in Project ✕ Zone.[4] Outside Resident Evil, he is best known as the voice of Momotaros of the series Kamen Rider Den-O.
