Toshiyuki Morikawa (森川智之 Morikawa Toshiyuki) is a Japanese voice actor who is the head of Axlone, a voice acting company he founded in April 2011. He provided the voice of Leon Scott Kennedy in the Japanese versions of Biohazard: Operation Raccoon City,[1] Biohazard: Damnation, Biohazard 6, Project ✕ Zone 2, Resident Evil: Retribution, and BIOHAZARD RE:2.[2]
He is well known for voicing Minato Namikaze in the Naruto series, Sephiroth in the Final Fantasy series and Dante in the Devil May Cry series.
