Toyokazu Sakamoto is a Japanese writer who worked for Flagship. He co-wrote the scenario for Resident Evil: Dead Aim alongside Jun'ichi Miyashita and Noboru Sugimura.[1] He also worked on Clock Tower 3 as a writer.
