The No.2 laboratory (第２研究室 Dai-2 kenkyūshitsu)[1] is a room in the treatment plant built adjacent to NEST and near the Umbrella Executive Training School.

No.2 laboratory is used for the storage of larger research specimens. Three tanks which, until recently, contained Plague Crawlers, stand here.
