The treatment plant was an Umbrella facility in the Arklay Mountains.
History[]
The facility was abandoned upon the death of Dr. Marcus. In 1998, it was re-opened on company orders. Run by a skeleton maintenance crew, few perished when the T-virus was leaked.[1]
