Two Ada Wongs (二人のエイダ・ウォン Futari no Eida u~on) is a file that can be found in Resident Evil 6. As with all files in the game, the bottom part of this file can only be read on RE.NET.
Location
It can be found in Ada Chapter 3.
Transcript
There are reports of two Ada Wongs involved in the current crisis. One is the famed spy that comes to the aid of Leon Kennedy from time to time. The other Ada Wong is the leader of Neo-Umbrella, and the one responsible for introducing J'avo to Edonia six months prior.
The former is the true Ada Wong, and the latter is a copy created by Derek Simmons utilizing the C-Virus. The fake Ada contacts the real Ada, telling her about the impending biohazard about to be unleashed in China. The real Ada decides to go to China to find out what this imposter's intentions are.
A video taken of the birth of the Neo-Umbrella Ada Wong was found underneath Tall Oaks. Below is part of a note written by Simmons during the time of her birth.

I've finally created the perfect replacement for Ada. I'll have to make sure she is like the original in every way, not just in looks, but in intelligence and habits, as well. This will require some training. I'll also have to teach her never betray to me.

Now, where should I start...
今回の事件には、二人のエイダ・ウォンが登場する。一人は、トールオークスでレオン・S・ケネディの前に現れた女スパイ、エイダ・ウォン。もう一人は、半年前のイドニア共和国で、ジュアヴォを引き連れクリス・レッドフィールドやジェイク・ミューラーの前に立ちはだかったネオアンブレラのエイダ・ウォンである。
前者はオリジナルのエイダ・ウォンであり、後者はエイダに執着するディレック・Ｃ・シモンズがＣ-ウィルスを用いて造り出した彼女の複製である。
ネオアンブレラのエイダは、オリジナルのエイダに連絡をとり、自らが引き起こすバイオテロを予告するという謎めいた行動をとる。彼女の目的を探るため、オリジナルのエイダは中国へと向かった。
ネオアンブレラのエイダが生まれた瞬間は、トールオークスの地下にあるビデオテープに収められていた。そのときにシモンズが記したと思われる手記の一部が見つかっている。

「ようやく、いなくなったエイダの代わりが出来た。彼女をこれからしっかりと教育して、見た目だけでなく、思考も、身体能力も、仕草もクセも...すべてをエイダ・ウォンにする必要がある。
私に従順で、決して裏切ることのないエイダ・ウォンに教育する...。胸が躍るな。さて、最初は何からしつけるとしようか...」
