The Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service (UBCS) was a special forces branch owned by the Umbrella Corporation, specializing in rescue operations during biohazard outbreaks.

History

The UBCS was sent into Raccoon City, Pennsylvania in late 1998 to contain a T-virus spill.
