The central branch of the Umbrella Corporation, Umbrella's headquarters is responsible for stabilising the company through marketing and business proposals to the public. Though, the only "business proposals" actually conducted were bioweapon reports.[citation needed]

The Umbrella HQ is based somewhere in Europe.[citation needed] and is in control of all facilities. They have members of HQ in contact with their research outposts; no matter how minor.[1]
