The helicopter pilot who is waiting on the rooftop to pick up Nemesis, is the only character who meets every major player in the movie, his name is not ever mentioned, and yet somehow survives the entire ordeal. When Umbrella finds the helicopter wreckage, Alice´s body was found in the scene, making it seems as he survived along the others.

This Umbrella pilot was waiting for Nemesis on the roof when Alice and the survivors boarded his aircraft. The shockwave from the detonation of the nuclear warhead intended to destroy Raccoon City disabled the helicopter as well; it crashed, presumably killing the pilot in the process. His body was never recovered from the wreckage.
He is not seen in Extinction, so it can only be assumed that he either went off on his own, or returned to work for Umbrella. Interestingly, he did not seem terribly interested in the fight between Nemesis and Alice in the slightest, choosing to face the opposite direction entirely, and simply wait in his helicopter.

A small family of outlaws, When the t-Virus swept the world and turn most of the human population into zombies, the family took shelter in an abandoned and desolate radio station in Salt Lake City. After barricaded the entrances and now calling the building "home," they started to lose what sanity they had left and painted various messages on the walls such as "Burn them" and biblical symbols. When they turned completely mad, they started to actually enjoy their situation and take advantage of it. They captured Cerberus dogs and caged them so they could send out false radio signals and alert survivors that they need food and medical supplies. When the survivors arrived, they would be robbed of their supplies and put in the cage of dogs so the family can watch the fight for their entertainment.

Umbrella sergeant
When Alice arrived, the group immediately took her guns and knives, playing with them like little kids. The oldest brother, Eddie, saw Alice and attempted to rape her before she kicked in his chin, killing him. She was thrown into the dog pit, with the psychopaths releasing said dogs before watching. Alice fought them off but they still kept coming at her. She grabbed loose electric wires and tied them around the walls and to the Cerberus who started to sprint, causing the above floor to collapse. The dogs climbed up and killed the entire family while Alice grabbed her weapons and escaped.

Ambush Squad
Piggy seemed to be the most foul-looking of the whole family. He wore overalls over a filthy white shirt and wasn't muscular at all. Piggy was killed after the Cerberus' escaped their cages and climbed up the broken floor and ate his family while their hostage, Alice, escaped. He had the largest weapon of the group, a shotgun that was the same model as Alice's and planned to steal her actual gun. His name was obviously given to him because of his odor and appearance.

Shortly after being assigned to return to Raccoon City by the Red Queen, Alice was intercepted and briefly captured by a squad of five armoured Umbrella soldiers. She dispatched them in short order; however, the motorbike that they had left out as bait proved to be her undoing, as it featured a print-scanner that failed to recognise her. The bike's security features were activated and Alice was electrocuted into unconsciousness before being captured by the main Umbrella force in the area, led by a clone of Dr. Alexander Isaacs. Why the squad of ambushers did not simply wait for her to mount the bike and subsequently be incapacitated is unclear.
Pock Mark was the most frightening of the family; He had a large mohawk and a blue jacket (Somewhat resembling Jason Voorhees of the Friday the 13th series) with blue jeans and a T-shirt with handwriting on it. He, like Rancid, didn't use any of Alice's weapons against her, he used his own revolver. Pock Mark single-handedly opened the cages and let the Cerberus out to attack Alice.

Rancid
Although the family members looked as if they had bathed in years, Rancid looked the most clean even with a dirty and sweaty face. Like Pock Mark, he used only his own weapons against Alice, though they were the same models as Alice's, two pistols. He, like everyone else, died when their "pet" Cerberuses climbed up the floor and attacked his family, with Alice escaping safely. Like Mama, Rancid's death was actually seen.

Runty
Runty, as his name briefly suggests, was the less-seen member the family. He dressed normal, looking like a sports fan and knocked Alice out before throwing her into the dog cage. His death by the escaped dogs isn't seen but he can briefly be seen running but one dog only seconds away from tackling him in the air.
