This unidentified dummy company was a puppet company used as a front for illegal research by Umbrella. It sold t-Virus derived drugs to an Abandoned hospital.[1]

This company is not named in the original version of Kurt's notebook, but is referred to as "Drugs, Inc." by localization department. The file does refer to dummy companies, however.
