The United States Marine Corps (USMC) was a branch of the United States Armed Forces providing power projection from the sea, and one of the American uniformed services formed on November 10, 1775.
History[]
During the global T-virus pandemic, Washington, D.C. was turned into a fortress to protect it from the Undead, with the surviving military leadership officed in the White House to coordinate their defensive strategy. In the years that followed they soon became the last remaining vestige of coordinated human resistance to Umbrella, and they were deceived into working with Albert Wesker, who guaranteed their destruction from within.[1][2]
Uniform[]
Marines garrisoned at the White House continued to use the uniforms and equipment they possessed at the start of the global T-virus pandemic. During Alice's time at the White House, Marines were seen wearing the Marine Corps Combat Utility Uniform in the MARPAT woodland camouflage variant. Kevlar vests were worn by all, with some wearing Kevlar shoulder guards.
