Not unlockable via regular means in both Resident Evil Outbreak games, this character becomes playable only through the use of special cheat devices, such as the Gameshark, to force him as playable. Not much is known about this character. It occupies hex slot 1F.
In addition this character is statless and must have stats hacked onto him via game enhancer in order to work properly. He is unnamed as his name slot is blank on his inventory screen. judging by the appearance, he seems to have been a zombie due to pale skin and glazed eyes or a dying NPC in an unspecified level.
