An apartment building in Raccoon City where Jill Valentine was staying after the Mansion Incident. This is where
Jill's starting point
you initially start off in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. There are six zombies in the area and three of them are blocked off by barricades and cannot attack Jill (but they can be killed). On Hard Mode it's impossible to kill all the monsters, because Jill's only weapon at this moment is her Samurai Edge with 15 bullets in it. After Jill goes a little further, there will be a cutscene, where a horde of zombies tries to get her, but she escapes by unknown route to the warehouse.
