Revision as of 17:33, 29 October 2019

To make the setting of Resident Evil 4 appear more realistic, it was decided that Ganado enemies should speak Spanish. The Villagers, Cultists, and Combatant Ganados have their own lines to speak.

Lines

The Famitsu-Capcom guidebook biohazard4 kaitaishinsho separates the sayings into sections based around who says it. This guide will mimic that feature, though will also include a question-column asking if it is a standard saying or one that is scripted.

Villagers

Line Literal translation
¡Allí está! There (he/she) is!
¡Un forastero!

An outsider!

¡Agarrenlo! Grab him!
¡Os voy a romper a pedazos! I'm going to break you to pieces!
¡Cógelo! Get him! (Order)
¡Te voy a hacer picadillo! I am going to turn you into mincemeat!
¡Te voy a matar! I am going to kill you!
¡Míralo, está herido! Look at him, he's wounded!
¡Sos cerdo! You are (a) pig!
¿Dónde estás? Where are you?
¡Detrás de tí, imbécil! Behind you, imbecile!
¡No dejes que se escape! Don't let it (him/her) get away!
¡Basta, hijo de puta!

Lord Saddler... Lord Saddler...

¡Allí está! There (he/she) is!

Muere, muere, muere.... Die, die, die....
Cerebros, cerebros, cerebros... Brains, brains, brains...
Cógedlo, cógedlo, cógedlo... Get him, get him, get him... (Order)
Lord Saddler... Lord Saddler...
