"Ventilator" is a cutscene in Resident Evil 0.[1]
Plot
Billy Coen helps Rebecca Chambers up, with Rebecca then commenting that she can almost reach the vent. Billy then commented that he's glad he can help her, before promptly telling her that it's time to go inside.
Rebecca then exits on the other side of the vent, only to realize to her shock and horror that the room she had just entered was actually a torture chamber.

REBECCA: I'm almost there!
BILLY: I'm glad I could be of service. Time to go inside.
