The Venus flytrap was a G-Virus infected plant unique to Isla Bonale.
History[]
When an Umbrella cargo plane crashed on the island resort, this Venus flytrap was infected with the G-virus. It became intelligent and attempted to hunt Stan and Lesley with its vines.[1]
Further notes[]
The Venus flytrap portrayed in this comic is highly inaccurate. In real life, it is a flowering plant with the traps simply being leaves. Instead, the trap is treated as the flower, with it having its own, normal looking leaves. They are also only endemic to North and South Carolina, so should not be found on a tropical island resort.
