Villalobos Mine was a mine located near Raccoon City. Umbrella targeted the mine during a B.O.W. deployment operation. Umbrella believed it was hiding a laboratory for viral research which, unlike Umbrella, was developing antigens to dangerous viruses, potentially including the "T-Virus" and "G" viruses.[1]
