Vittorio De Angelis (20 September 1962 – 11 June 2015) was an Italian actor who provided the voice of Kaplan in CDC Sefit Group's Italian dub of Resident Evil. He also played Frederic Downing in their dub of Resident Evil: Degeneration. Outside of Resident Evil, de Angelis is known for his time as the voice of Joey in the Italian dub of Friends.
