The Key Card is a key item in the Resident Evil 2 remake.
Purpose
It's used in the weapons locker located inside the Safety Deposit Room, inside this locker there are shotgun shells and a shotgun.
Location
It's sitting on the first set of tables immediately when entering the Operations Room.
