Plot

In an attempt to reach an evacuation point, the player must make it out of a the Raccoon Zoo , after reading a note taped

to a local map outside the zoo. Once the player enters the zoo they face a battle against Oscar the elephant or "Titan". Throughout this scenario the player must turn the power on from the Inner office room so they can collect both the blue and red lion emblems. Once both Emblems are collected they can open the Front Plaza gate leading to the tram station. If the player killed the Titan back at the zoo or trapped it in the Stage they can fight the Male Lion. If they didn't they fight the Titan as a boss at the end of the scenario. After the boss is killed the tram takes off and stops at the train station (which is most likely why underbelly is the next scenario) to see that a rescue helicopter has crashed in the middle of the tracks (most likely the helicopter from the evacuation point). Bodies of sufffering and already dead local residents surround the crashed helicopter and a camera aimed up towards a corpse's face can be seen on a news channel.

Date

The lack of fires or fire damages that were all around the city by the 28th are not here, meaning it is before then.

The lack of any evidence of the UBCS in the area means it is the 26th or earlier.

Finaly, a note written by Raymond Douglas about the evac point, showing times for the evac helicopter can be found. This means that Raymond signed this note at some point. He died on the 24th of September 1998, so the date of the scenario would be late in the 24th.
