Withering Vine 3 (枯れるツタ3, kakeru tsuta 3^?) is a cutscene in the "flashback" scenario of Resident Evil Outbreak File #2. It can be bought from the Collections menu for 500 points.^[1]

Some of the Huge Plant "Dorothy"'s vines are killed after exposure to a herbicide.
