Zoic Studios is a visual and special effects studio which supports the film, TV and video game industry. Zoic's earliest known work for the franchise is Resident Evil: Revelations 2, where they worked on a trailer depicting the attack on Gina Foley at the start of the game.[1] In Resident Evil 7: Biohazard they were responsible for the pre-rendered cinematics "Desolation" "and "Tanker".[2] The "Desolation" cinematic based built around a number of ideas to psychologically prime the player ahead of play, with unused proposed sequences including a scared cat and a knife covered in blood.[3] Following this Zoic worked on the opening cutscene to Resident Evil 3, including the storyboarding.[4]
