Zombie Hyenas are an enemy type exclusive to the "wild things" scenario of Resident Evil Outbreak File 2.
HP values
Mode | EASY | NORMAL | HARD | VERY HARD |
---|---|---|---|---|
Single | 500-650 | 650-800 | 750-950 | 900-1200 |
Network | 500-650 | 650-800 | 750-950 | 900-1200 |
Moveset
Attack | EASY | NORMAL | HARD | VERY HARD |
---|---|---|---|---|
Pounce (飛びかかり Tobikakari ) | 100-140 | 150-250 | 150-300 | 200-350 |
Bite (噛みつき Kamitsuki ) | 100-140 | 150-250 | 150-300 | 200-350 |
The "Bite" attack carries a 30% chance of entering BLEEDING status when hit on all difficulty modes.
Strategies
Zombie Hyenas are best avoided but if combat is needed (such as for protecting an AIPC) It's best to conserve ammo and instead use the tackle move. One tackle is enough to knock it down. Afterwards, the player can proceed to finish it off with stomps which will stunlock it in place.
It is not wise to even engage a Zombie Hyena however because they just respawn as soon as the player leaves the location and comes back.
