The campaign launched on 1 April 2019 to coincide with April Fool day; as such, the campaign is meant to be humorous. It involves participants "applying" for jobs as zombies. The result acquired could then be shared on Twitter to spread the campaign.
Four types of results were available, based on how common they are given. The rarities are as follow: Common, Rare, Ultra Rare and S.T.A.R.S., with S.T.A.R.S. given to those who are supposedly immune to the virus, and instead should be applying for a "protagonist" role rather than a zombie role.
After the campaign ended, the site was updated and it stated a total of 423,516 "zombies" were recruited.
